Anything really important that I should know?
Yes, and it is VERY, VERY important. When you upload the files to your server you MUST UPLOAD them in BINARY mode. ANY other mode will create errors when you try to use the ATK scripts. This is the most common error, please double check that files are uploaded in BINARY MODE ONLY!

Is this a one-time fee or a monthly fee?
One-time fee for each script.

Do I have to purchase a new script for each affiliate program that I own?
Yes, we offer discounts for bulk purchases. Please contact us for a discount code if you previously purchased scripts.

What type of payment methods do you offer?
Currently we can only accept payment through ePassporte, business check, or wire. Wire is preferred.

How long does it take to install the scripts?
Depending on which scripts you purchase, 5-15 minutes on average per script.

Who installs the scripts?
You can, your admins, your hosting company, or your Webmaster. It's rather easy and we provide a very simple step-by-step walk-through that smoothly guides you through the installation process.

Can you install the scripts for me?
Yes, but this requires that we have access to your NATS machine and your NATS administration area. We can instruct you on how to lock down our account so we can’t access parts of your server or NATS, like stats. We prefer you do the install, however we can always help.

Do I have to do advanced configurations?
Well, you don't have to do any, however your hosting company or administrators will. Each install requires that Apache is restarted and extra Mysql tables will be added to your database. This will not affect NATS or NATS upgrades in anyway.

What type of special server settings do I need?
None, since you have NATS, you already have everything you need.

Where I can see examples of the scripts?
Each product has a "learn more" link. Clicking the link provides more information about the product and example screenshots or working examples of the scripts.

Do your scripts connect to other locations or databases?
Nope, never.

What about upgrades?
Upgrades, bug fixes, and general additions are always free.

When I upgrade do I have to re-install everything?
You only have to upload the new scripts and/or upgrade your templates. This may require Apache to be restarted.

Do you encode your scripts?
Yes

Can I buy the open source to a script?
Maybe, contact me with an offer ;)

Can you create custom scripts just for my NATS?
Yes, but same applies as above.

Can you setup my entire NATS program for me?
Not currently, we are so booked with custom NATS scripts that we just don't have the time for NATS installs.

How much do you charge for custom scripts?
It's a secret.. Really it depends on what you need. Currently have created custom NATS script that range from $50.00 to $12k. Most custom jobs take less than a week.

What custom NATS work have you done?
We don't disclose what custom scripts we have created for our clients. However you can create an account on EvilGeniusCash, MayorsMoney, YappoDollars, BrutalBucks, or MafiaBucks, each program has a customized look. We can go very customized, so customized that Webmasters don't know it’s a NATS program, anything is possible.

I don't like some of the features built into my NATS, like I would like extra admin stats added to my stats, can you add that?
Nope, but you can request that NATS makes the addition for you, for a fee.

Ack! I’m getting errors, what gives?
Just check the support forum, we may have already posted the solution to the problem. Don't forget, files uploaded to your server MUST be uploaded in BINARY MODE!
